Fu- James E. Tennyson James Ezra Tennyson, a resident of Rocky Hill for 64 vears. died Wednesday at Wallineford Masonic Hospital after a long ill ness. He was born in Perfy's Mills, N. Y., Nov. 30, 1886. He was a member of Columbia Lodge AF and AM, South Glas tonbury for 56 years. Mr. Tenny son was employed by the Pope Atanutactunng Lo., lor .su years and later worked for the Remington Rand Corp. several years during World War I. He was a supervisory foreman in the pol ishing department of both factories. He was a past Color Ser geant in the Governor's Foot Guand for. nine years, retiring in 1899. At one time he was a town constable in Rocky Hill.. He was married to Mariette Holmes Tennyson, who : died in 1938. . He leaves , four sons, Harold B. Tennyson and Charles E. Tennyson, both of Rocky Hill. Martin F. Tennyson of Middletown, and Oeorgc I. Tennyson of Miami. fia. : one daughter. Mrs. Evelvn x. uonroy ot Rocky Hill; eight granacnuaren ana u. great grandchildren. The funeral will be held Saturday at 1:30 p.m., at the Masonic Home in Wallingford-. Bu rial will be tin Center -Cemetery, Rocky Hill at 3 p.m. Friends may call at the Masonic Home. Wallingford, Friday evening from to 9.
