Julius Kwolek, 82, formerly of Grace Street, Middle-town, husband of the late Mary Ann (Sledzik) Kwolek, died Monday at the Middlesex Hospital. He was born In Meriden, son of the late Walter and Mary (Nickowal) Kwolek. Prior to his retirement, he was employed at New Departure. He is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Julian and Gail Kwolek of Mlddletown and Gerald and Maureen Kwolek of Colchester; two daughters and a son-in-law, Kathleeen Hartranft of Terryville and Diane and Steve Klncaid of Washington Depot; a brother, Albln Kwolek of Berry Creek, CA; a sister, Reggie Morris of Meriden; also eleven grandchildren. The funeral will be Monday, 9 a.m., St.

Thua H. (Sandstrom) Llndstrom, 90, of West Hartford, beloved wife of Raymond W. Llndstrom. died Monday (Oct. 21, 1996).

In loving memory she leaves a son, Rolf Llndstrom of West Hartford; two daughters and son-in-law, Elna Stratton of Irving, TX and Ruth and Laurence Windsor of Bedford, NY; four grandchildren; three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Born In Helsinki, Finland, (Oct. 26, 1905) and raised In Jersey City, she attended Teachers College of Columbia University. She was a charter member of the Scandinavian Cultural Society of Greater Hartford, a member of the Emanuel Lutheran Church and formerly a member of the Grace Lutheran Church, both in Hartford. Funeral Service will be Saturday Oct.

Mary (Matusz) Maldin, 92, of Hartford, widow of Martin Maldin, died Tuesday (Oct. 22. 1996) Buckley Convalescent Home, Hartford. She was born In Ukraine and she resided In Hartford the past 75 years. She was retired from the Travelers Ins.

Co. and was a member of St. Michaels Ukrainian Catholic Church, Hartford. She Is survived by her son-in-law, Peter Grogoza of South Windsor; two grandchildren and three reat grandchildren. She was pre-eceased by a daughter, Anna Grogoza.

Funeral services will start Friday, 8:15 a.m. from the Talarski Maple Hill Chapels, 380 Maple Hartford, followed by a Requiem Divine Liturgy, 9 a.m., St. Michaels Ukrainian Catholic Church, Hartford. Burial will be In St. Michaels Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery, Glastonbury.

Calling hours at the Chapels will be today, 6-8 p.m. during which time a Pana-chyda service will be at 7 p.m. MAZZONE. Rita Mazzone, 82, of Manchester died Wednesday (Oct. 23, 1996) at Manchester Memorial Hospital, after being stricken on Monday.

Born in New Bedford she had lived in W. Greenwich, Rl before becoming a resident of Manchester. Rita was the former co-owner and operator of the Handy Shop and Oil Co. of Providence, Rl and later the Hide-A-Way Cabins of W. Greenwich, Rl.

She was currently an active member of the Manchester Senior Citizens. Mrs. Mazzone is survived by her family Frank Mazzone of Bradenton, FL, Raymond Mazzone of Manchester, Joyce Murray of Brooklyn, PA, Rita Knoll of Atlanta, GA and Robert Mazzone of Manchester; her 14 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and a great great-grandchild. Funeral service will be Saturday, 9:15 a.m. from the John F.

MUNSELL. Rufus I. Munsell, 91, of Storrs, husband of Ruth (Viets) Munsell, died Wednesday (Oct. 23, 1996) in Storrs. He was born June 5, 1905 in Woodbury, son of the late Stanley and Louise (Isham) Munsell and had lived In Storrs since 1930.

Dr. Munsell loined the staff of the University of Connecticut In 1930, retiring as professor of agronomy In 1964. He graduated from Dartmouth College in 1928, received his master of science de- Bree from the forerunner of the nlverslty of Connecticut In 1932 and his doctorate degree in 1951 from Ohio State University. He was widely known for his agronomic research and his service to Connecticut farmers through the Cooperative Extension Service and for his 14 years teaching at the university. He was prominent on regional, state and national planning committees In agriculture and a leader of civic programs In Mansfield.

His professional accomplishments have been recognized through such organizations as the American Society of Agronomy. 1996) at Manchester Memorial Hospital. Born in New London, Aug. 7, 1909, she had been a resident of Manchester since 1940, moving to Talcottville four years ago. Mrs. Foss had retired from the Hamilton-Standard Co.

In 1974 after 27 years, and was a member of the North United Methodist Church of Manchester. She Is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, W. Robert and Carol Foss of Vernon; six grandchildren, Jennifer Cordova and her husband, Steven of California, Kathryn Wron-iak of Ellington, Jeffrey Foss and his wife. Albert C. Green, 52 of Turkey Hill Road, East Granby, died Saturday (Oct. 19, 1996) at home. He was born in Brunswick, GA and lived in Hartford the last 35 years. He is survived by two daughters, Terese Green of New Jersey, Glenndel Green-Holmes and her husband, Cliff J.

Holmes of Florida; four sisters, Elolse Walker of Georgia, Francis White, Essie Truvillon both of Georgia, Jackie Small of Bloomfield; four brothers, Jimmy Green of California, Charles Green of Georgia; Larry B. Jane A. (Galanek) Jaskulskl, 80, widow of Chester B. Jas-kulski of East Hartford died Wednesday. (Oct. 23, 1996) at Hartford Hospital.

She was born In Worcester, MA, daughter of the late Peter and Josephine (Tutas) Galanek, she's lived In the area most of her life. She was the former owner of Reliable Curtain and Blanket Laundry Company of East Hartford. She is survived by a son; Thaddeus Jaskulskl of East Hartford; a daughter, Carol An-spach of East Hartford; a grandson. Edward Anspach; a nephew, Walter Galanek, Jr. of East Hartford.

1996) at the Shoreline Middlesex Medical Center, Essex, after being stricken at home. He was born in East Had-dam, Aug. 20, 1920, son of the late Richard and Florence Brockway. He lived In Old Saybrook for the past 60 years, formerly of Moodus. Mr.

Brockway was a noted boat builder In Ola Saybrook building he Brockway Boats. He was honored by the Connecticut River Historical Society and many books have been written about his boat building. He is survived by two nephews, Douglas and Clayton Brockway, both of Old Saybrook. He is predeceased by a brother, Robert L. Brockway.

Mrs Rln- aldl was the widow of Antonio -Rlnaldi who died In 1977. She was formerly employed by the Bigelow Sanford Carpet Co. for over 45 years, retiring In 1966. Mrs. Rlnaldi was a member of the Rlnaldl-Roy Fede Post No.

17 Auxiliary, and a member of St. Patrick's Church. She is survived by-two daughters, Josephine Noto; of Enfield, and Maria Cushmarf of Northampton, MA; two-sons, Ralph Rlnaldi, and I. Joseph Rlnaldi both of Florida; seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. She also leaves a brother, Sam Flore; and two sisters.

22, 1996) at the Center for Optimum Care, Willimantic. She was born Jan. 4, 1910 In Hartford, daughter of the late Arthur and Susan (De-Groat) Lewis, and had resided In Columbia for most of her life. She was appointed by President John F. Kennedy as postmaster for the Columbia post office In 1963, serving in that position until her retirement in 1973.

She had previously served as a postal clerk at the post office for 16 years. She Jiad also served as president of the State Postmasters Association. She and her husband were twqof the earliest members of the St. Co-lumba Parish in Columbia. She was also an active member, serving as the first president of.

the Ladles Guild, a choir member, and a sacristan. She had also served as chairman of the Democratic town committee and as the local chairman of the March! of Dimes. Besides her husband ot 60 years, she is survived by a son and daughter-in-law. John and Ellen Soracchi of Tolland; a daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Dennis Hollister of Minneapolis, MN; five grandchildren; and two great-granddaughters. A funeral mass will be at 9:30 a.m.

Born in Suffield, son of the late Alvah and Dora (Robinson) Hinckley, he had lived In Suffield and Windsor Locks all of his life.

Mr. Hinckley operated the former Hinckley Esso Garage and later Hinckley Foreign Sales of Renault and Peugeot automobiles on Rt. 159 in Suffield and was active in the automobile industry most of his working life. He was an automobile salesman at Al Mar-cotte Ford in Holyoke, MA and a member of the Ford 500 Club, until his retirement In 1990. He had served in the U.S.

Navy during World War II in the Mediterranean and North Atlantic and was a member of the Gensi-Vlola Post No. 6123-VFW. Don was a Privileged Member of the Windsor Locks Lions Club and was a member since 1951. He also was a former Windsor Locks Police Officer and a former Windsor Locks Fire Commissioner. He was a communicant of St.

Mary Church and a member of Riverside Council No. 26-Knights of Columbus. He is survived oy two sons, Richard E. Hinckley and his wife, Patricia A. of East Windsor, Paul D.

Hinckley and his wife, Linda D. of East Hartford; a daughter, Ann Marie Boglisch and her husband, Jeffrey of Windsor Locks; three brothers, Alvah Hinckley of Windsor Locks, George Hinckley of Florida, Robert Hinckley of Suffield; four sisters, Alberta Lord of Suffield, Peggy Walsh of Florida, Joyce Colson of Suffield, and Ida Kolodziej of Coventry; eight grandchildren, Rebecca, Jennifer, Paul Christine, Cara Rose, Adam, Laura, Brian; and a great granddaughter, Ashley. He was predeceased by a brother, Frank Hinckley and a sister, June Ker-tenis. He was the lovina husband of Marilyn Jayne (Do-bek) D'Addabbo. Born In New Britain, he was the son of Rose (Fabale) D'Addabbo of Berlin, and the late Natale D'Addabbo. He recently retired as vice-president and Superintendent of the Walter D. Sullivan New Britain where he was employed for 38 years. He was a member of the Plumbers and Pipe-fitters Union Local 777.

He began his career after serving in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. Vincent was an active member of the Berlin Lions Club for 30 years, serving as President in 1980, as a Fair Chairman, and on various boards. He was also a member of the Ocean Ridge Association in Rl and the Town of Berlin's Economic Development Commission for five years. Besides his wife and mother, he is survived by two sons, James V.
